No one sells spellbooks or scrolls unless they're full of trashy spells (like these.) They're too rare and too valuable.

Using Magic Items

On each use, roll 1D6. On a 6, the magic will be gone, drained, or otherwise unusable after one final use. (Its power might be restorable...)
