Notes:

  1. Core status updates:
    • Atmosphere: no new development to report
    • Ocean: Todd working on developments, could use as much advance notice of freeze date as possible
    • Sea-ice: Reviewing stream design document for compatibility with forcing layer
  2. Continue to work on stream design document
    • Michael to add a section providing example usage of the proposed API
    • Need to refine estimate for how much longer will be needed before freeze date
    • No push for any particular timeline; features more important than release date
    • Michael to schedule a call sometime this week to discuss possibility of run-time stream configurability
  3. New repository structure
    • Are coordinated releases among cores currently viewed as a burden? Apparently not.
