1. Core status: (Updates, Outlooks, Etc.)
   • Sea Ice:
     • Progressing well
     • Velocity solver is progressing well and is almost complete
     • Incremental remapping for advection in the final stages of testing
   • Atmosphere
     • Working on optimizing the dynamics
     • Working on a threaded version of MPAS-A
     • Will be working on a limited area version of MPAS
       • This will require framework changes
         • Such as sub-set I/O
     • Might be looking at a different physics suite as an option
   • Ocean
     • Working on expanding in-situ analysis capabilities
     • Exploring stand-alone and coupled runs with high resolution
   • Land ice
     • Nothing to update, since the land ice people are gone.
2. Mesh Spec Document
   • Review Document
   • Try to review mesh spec, and decide on posting it by next high level meeting
3. Framework modifications in the works
   • Filter Infrastructure
   • Unit Conversions
   • Aggregated Halo Exchanges
     • Will include non-blocking exchanges as well
4. Status on paraview changes for core output that is missing dimensions
   • No one knows...
   • Should touch base with Jon Woodring (at LANL)

   • Could add an outline on the wiki
   • Should be external
