Notes:

  1. Follow up on v3.2 issues
    • Bugs: #272, #274, #281, #282
    • Time interval comparison (when they have months and years)
      • Should be ready by Thursday (12/18/2014) at noon
    • Directory creation issue
    • Input streams can have the same filename_template
    • Stream and filename when bootstrapping
    • Package allocation fix
  2. Will break v3.2 into two bugfixes.
    • v3.2 will be ocean specific
    • v3.3 will be framework specific
  3. Mesh Spec
    • Try to get something up to be a living document
  4. Follow up on other issues (not for v3.2):
    • Optionally write xtime that was read, and from what file when reading streams (and writing streams)
  5. Pull request for forcing
