Here we discuss topics that need broader attention, for example questions that came up but are outside a single project's scope, larger planned changes/PRs that affect all teams or pending work that is blocked by external factors.

1. Models / NESTML
   • local hackathon for SpiNNaker board setup tomorrow
   • internal refactoring of model flags now completed
   • now focussing on edge case in SDTP DOPA synapse
2. NEST GPU
   • cython implementation of microcircuit working, merging soon
   • optimized simulation loop, similar to nest kernel, now validating
   • cmake setup branch now merged, much easier to install
3. PyNEST
   • no report
4. NEST Desktop
   • preparing student courses and HBP Summit
5. Kernel
   • looking for reviewers on native SONATA support #2595
6. Installation
   • business as usual, #2497 is being worked on
