2. Review of NEST User Mailing List

   • points raised on the mailing list were discussed and taken care of
     • increasing user-helps-user activity
   • #531 & #551: remove plural 's' from parameters, cleaned up NEST::Names (make sure names don't re-appear or duplicate in merge conflicts) approved

3. Presentation of issue labeling scheme (heplesser)

   • explanations will be given/collected on the wiki page
   • it is now possible to easily filter bugs in the issue list
   • github problem: only people with merge-right can change labels, i.e. only very few people
   • future video conferences can focus on specific subsets of issues

4. Remaining tasks for NEST 2.12 Release (heplesser)

   • milestones sortable, put milestones with largest risk to the top (heplesser)
   • issues towards the NEST 2.12 milestone were ensured to have someone working on them

5. Design Decision: Handling the refractory period in non-exact-integration neurons (see #547)

   • choose the more consistent implementation
   • COMMENT: this may cause inconsistencies in models taken from papers
