To enter Packet View screen swipe right on the main app screen or select Packet view option from the pull down menu.

Packet View is a console showing logs of incoming messages with BG values from CGM apps and communication logs from polling of Nightscout or Dexcom Share servers.

Use this screen to troubleshoot your connection with other apps. If you have issues with reception of BG values, look here to see if any data is received from CGM app. If you use Nightscout or Dexcom Share data source, use this screen to see communication with remote server.

Use the Reconnect button if the connection between the G-Watch Wear App and the watch is broken and BG readings are not received on the watch any more, e.g. after the watch is powered of due to empty battery.

When asking for help in G-Watch App Users group or creating an issue, always attach a screenshot from the Packet View screen with some log messages.
