G-Watch Wear App is a bridge between your CGM app and your Samsung WearOS watch. It collects glucose values provided by 3rd party CGM applications (Glimp, XDrip+, DiaBox, Juggluco, AndroidAPS, NightScout, Dexcom Share, LibreLink, etc...) and sends collected data to the watch. G-Watch watch faces then display received values to its user.
This app is primary focused on Galaxy Watch 4 and later models as a successor of previous TizenOS Galaxy models where the original G-Watch App was used.
G-Watch Wear App can't work without a 3rd party CGM application. To get BG readings to G-Watch App, you need to choose one of the supported CGM apps and configure it to send data to G-Watch. Alternatively, you can use G-Watch built-in client to poll Nightscout, Dexcom Share or LibreLink web applications and get BG readings from there.
