To check if the CGM was configured properly and G-Watch Wear app is receiving data, open Packet View screen of the mobile app. A message is logged on every new BG value received form CGM app. In case of web apps (Nightscout, Dexcom share) you where G-Watch app is polling the server you see there all steps of communication with the remote server. When a new BG value is received and the watch with active G-Watch wear watch watch face is connected, the data sent to the watch are dumped to the log.
