If you do not want to use GitHub repo, you can grab the SDK zip that contains Kount .NET RIS SDK with all its dependencies with it.

Instructions

Download latest/desired release zip file starting with Sdk-Ris-Dotnet-[Version]-*.zip from the Releases Section
Follow build steps in the section How to build.
