import
This asset is build upon gms1.x and not natively compatible with the new depth system of gms2.x.
To fix this, you will have to take a few steps.
If you do find any problems with gms2.x that don't occur in gms1.x please report them to me.
Step 1. Import uiZ into your project. This can be done trough importing assets or importing a game maker studio 1.x project.

Step 2. place the object "obj_uiz_xmlparser" from the "uiz_designer" folder outside of that folder and after that delete the "uiz_designer" folder.
Find the object inside objects--->uiZ--->uiz_designer;

Step 3. Inside the scripts resource list: place the folder "xml parser" from the "uiz_designer" folder outside of that folder and after that delete the "uiz_designer folder".

Step 4. Delete all the scripts inside "compatibility", but not that folder itself.
Find these scripts inside scripts--->uiz--->uiz--->compatibility.

Step 5. Copy over all the scripts located in the folder "gms2compatibilitypack" which you can find inside the included uiZ.zip file.
