Here is the standard procedure to export GumTree distribution manually: 1. Export GumTree Runtime for win32, gtk32, cocoa64 2. Export NBI platform (au.gov.ansto.bragg.nbi.platform) for win32, gtk32, cocoa64 3. Export instrument specific features for win32, gtk32, cocoa64 4. Export properties and script Linux: 5. Zip all all artifacts and transport to a Linux box 6. Change file permission of binary file to executable 7. Assemble runtime (without gumtree binary), nbi platform and an instrument specific feature (to dropins folde), instrument specific ini, properties folder and script folder to an instrument specific folder. 8. Compress to .tar.gz file
