Requirement 13: Delete an appointment

Description:

The patients can cancel an existing appointment with a doctor, given their social security number, the doctor’s license identification, and the appointment date and time.

Acceptance Criteria:

Must remove the appointment from the agendas of the doctor and the patient. This hour must be available for other appointments.
