Requirement 06: Set the office hours of a doctor

Description:

The doctors can inform and update their working hours, and these hours will be available to be scheduled by the patients.

The doctors must inform a weekday and a list of hours; if the list that informed does not contain previous working hours, all appointments for this period will be canceled.

Acceptance Criteria:

Must set the doctor's work hours for each weekday; if an office hour was removed, all its appointments must be canceled.
