infer types via JSDoc through IoC container #377

Problem

Type inferences don't work for "injectables" (things referred to via the IoC container).

Solution

Add TS-in-JSDoc annotations to allow Intellisense to infer types after resolving injectables from the IoC container.

Result

Better developer experience.

Testing

Automated test suite run.
