Working with the KAM Navigator

The general approach for using the KAM Navigator plugin is:

1. Create an empty Cytoscape network.
2. Select a KAM from the KAM Store.
3. Query the KAM and select one or more KAM Nodes that will be added to the KAM Cytoscape network.
4. Use the KAM Navigator tools to add additional nodes and edges from the KAM into the Cytoscape network.
5. Use the Cytoscape tools to investigate the properties of the KAM-derived network.
