These little self-resetting distribution boards can be had dirt cheap from Ali. They're intended to be used for alarm panels. Seemed like a win/win at the time: Pre-built power distribution and circuit protection in one device with no need to ever replace fuses.
Unfortunately, as with many things Ali, the advertised specs didn't quite seem to cut it. My early build was plagued with an abnormal number of resetting devices, many of which would be left dead in the water while I was at work requiring manual power cycles to come back online.
Beavis helped my ferret out some stupid walker config mistakes I'd been making that were contributing to the problem; however, after attempting to add higher-amperage U2C S912 devices to these alarm panel boards I realized that they were not able to handle the amperage of even the x96 minis for sustained periods. After eliminating them from my build entirely my stability skyrocketed.
