Acute Myeloid Leukemia Microarray Analysis - Bioinformatics

• This is the course project I have done for the "Introduction to Bioinformatics" course at the Sharif University of Technology.

• Course Instructors: Dr. Ali Sharifi-Zarchi and Dr. Somayyeh Koohi

• For this project, I used the GSE48558 dataset.

• In the /src/ directory, I included the pure R code and the jupyter notebook code. I've included an English description of what I've done in the Jupyter notebook.

• In the /docs/ directory, you can download and read Persian documentation. I also compressed all LaTeX related files needed to generate pdf in doc_latex_source.zip.
