Adding a page

To add a page, such as about or archive, create a file within the content\page directory. By default, a page is a simple page, with a title and text, as seen at https://blog.ramiyer.me/about/.

The page would need a title. Here is how its frontmatter should look like:

title: My Page

Add as many pages as you want. The pages will pick the default template.

Archive page

An archive page is a special page, which contains additional features, apart from (and after) the title and the content:

1. Instant, in-place search of posts, based on title and subtitle.
2. The years in reverse chronological order, followed by months with quick jumps.
3. The list of posts arranged by year and month.

For an archive page, specify the type as archive along with the title, like so:

title: My Blog Archive
type: archive
