This update adds the ability to limit the size of grids that may be spawned into the world.

Three new options to configure this:

CreateProtect: Turns the protection on or off.
MaxCreateNotify: This will send a global chat message when a grid spawn is stopped.
MaxCreateSize: The maximum size, in number of blocks, that may be spawned into the world. Grids with more blocks than this won't be allowed to spawn.

I can't tell who spawned a grid, so I can't send them a private message. Global chat message will have to do.

The plugin will always log when a grid has been prevented from spawning.
