Remove case sensitivity for collocate fragment spreads #13

The problem is that we use fragments also in hook and those don't start with the first capital letter therefore I removed the check.

Sorry @comatory , I noticed your PR here after I made these changes and I saw you didn't have test so I would suggest merging mine :-)

We should release a new version, right? 🤔 Or how to get it into pb-frontend?

@MartinNuc This library and package does not need to be packaged and transpiled for distribution. Create a new version in package.json along with a versioned tag and change where it's pointing to in pb-frontend repository:
