I found a new Unicode encoding issue: if the input file contains the Unicode "en dash" character (U+2002), testcase2owl.py exits with an error: https://travis-ci.org/phyloref/curation-workflow/builds/366336332

We should create a test suite of multiple Unicode-rich inputs and make sure they all work.
