Test catalog management

A major task in any clinical lab is managing the test catalog. Someday when the birds sing and the sun is shinning in the meadows we will be developing a tool for managing test catalogs. Until then much of the work has to be done by hand. There is a user guide in English and French

Check the capacity of end users to be able to do the same work by looking at the admin->test management part of the application
