Backups

Backups are either handled as a Windows task or as a cron job on Linux. When the installer is used on a Linux installation the addition of the cron job is part of the script. However it is not likely that the script set all of the parameters correctly so the script will need to be updated. There is a tools/DBBackup/README file which will serve as a starting point to understand how the backups work and how to modify the script to work for your environment.
