About the PR

Adds guidebook entry and schematic for the Honker and Sparrow.

Why / Balance

Continuing work from #2128 and #2048. This should be all small shuttles in the shipyard with no maintainer listed done.
Entry submissions will continue until guidebook improves.

How to test

• Go to shipyard
• Find sparrow and honker
• Manual button now has accompanying entries

Media

A more serious version of the sprite is also available, shown below. Let me know if that's preferred instead.

• I have read and am following the Pull Request and Changelog Guidelines.
• I have added media to this PR or it does not require an ingame showcase.

Checked in game, it works. However I'll warn you that all existing shipyard guidebook entries are pending a rewrite (the repetitive section with "preflight checklist" going to be moved to is own page).

Noted. I have another branch with the Phoenix and Eagle's entries done pending the actual PR, should I omit the pre-flight checklist section? Or would you prefer I wait for the new guidelines to be be published?
