arXiv release

Updates the documentation and README slightly. Requirements have been relaxed as well (see requirements.txt as well as requirements_at_publication.txt -- the latter is necessary for reproducing paper figures).

pre-arXiv release

Business logic has been fully frozen, and the repo now contains the materials needed for creating all plots in the paper. Some results are shown in the README file.

Still need to fix security warnings related to the Python package requirements.
