Fix includepaths

Lyluatex v1.1

This release targets compatibility with the upcoming LilyPond 2.24.

Lyluatex 1.0

Compared to 1.0-beta, it’s now easier to wrap lyluatex’s macros within custom environments and commands. Other changes are code cleaning and some bugfixes, most notably for use with MiKTeX.

Lyluatex 1.0 beta

Many new options and improvements. Those must especially be noted:

• protrusion;
• ability to pass the fonts of the document to LilyPond, to harmonize the scores with the rest of the document;
• a full manual;
• Lyluatex now accepts all relevant options of lilypond-book;
• ability to include "fullpage" scores.
