An action potential in the phase plane.

Note the Y axis is the H gate and the X axis is the M gate within the MRG model. What is shown is the center node of a 101 node model. Each 0.1 ms is plotted and then animated into a gif. This was done using some of the sample R code to extract the data from CSV files, then using magick for R the plots were put together and animated.
