RESTART

NAME:: Restart -- Restart YAM (V2.7)

TEMPLATE:: FORCE/S

FUNCTION:: Restarts YAM, just as if the user had chosen "Restart" from the "Project" menu.

INPUTS:: FORCE/S - skip any safety requester, except for changes in the address book done using the GUI
