Wiki Figures for First Order Model

##Introduction This page will provide an overview on how to set up the figures in this wiki related to the first order model. The simulations needed to run can be accessed in 'scripts/MasterCalcParamList'. Setting the variable 'CREATE_StaticPhoton_Neutral' to true will generate all the necessary calcParam files. Then, run the function runAllCalcFromQueue to get the first order model data. Run 'toolbox/Thresholds/getMeanThresholdFromMultiSample' to get the mean data of all the simulations previously run which should then be named FirstOrderModelMeanData and placed in 'psychophysics/data'.

Generating the PNG's

The relevant sets of PNG's in wikiFigures for the first order model are the following:

###FirstOrderModelFigures 'Avg Model Data.png' is the figure generated by running getMeanThresholdFromMultiSample on the fifteen data sets. The threshold fit PNG's are the first figure of fits created by 'toolbox/Thresholds/thresholdCalculations' for the respective color direction when the function input boolean flag is set to true.

###Psychophysics This plot is generated by the script 'psychophysics/data/FitModelToData'.

###TechnicalImages These are screenshots taken at the time of the creation of [this page](Technical First Order Model) and will be difficult to reproduce. Try not to lose these.
