Add logo for lednetwf_ble custom component

This PR adds the icons for LEDnetWF devices as supported by this custom component: https://github.com/raulgbcr/lednetwf_ble

Adding these icons is a precursor to applying to have the component in HACS.

There were no offical logos for this device that I could find, so I made one myself.
The source image was from a public domain source: https://openclipart.org/detail/185270/light-bulb-icon
It was then augmented with a circular rainbow effect in Inkscape. The devices that this custom component supports are literal circles so it seemed appropriate.
