In tracking #2124 and thanks to the detail provided by folks, @puckey found that there was a bug in iOS 17 with timepitch
lowQualityZeroLatency
and m3u8 streams.Apple deprecated
lowQualityZeroLatency
some time ago and suggests that we instead usetimeDomain
so we're moving to that as a default. Technically this may incur changes for our users but given the bug and that its deprecated this seems a good way to go.
