Manually migrate to vtk 9.3.0 #75

Necessary as a workaround for conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock#6306, fix part of robotology/robotology-superbuild#1695 .

Checklist

Used a personal fork of the feedstock to propose changes
Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)
