cmctl always reports v0.0.0 in the user-agent header

cmctl version reports only the old CRD version if I upgrade cert-manager without including the CRDs priority/important-soon Must be staffed and worked on either currently, or very soon, ideally in time for the next release.

As cmctl user, I want to use different kubectl context on command line ( --context='kubectl-context-abc' ) priority/important-longterm Important over the long term, but may not be staffed and/or may need multiple releases to complete.
