Status Report #1 User View Analysis

Date: 28.05.2018

1. Status

• Most of the user personas and scenarios part is done.
• We divided into three groups to create three different personas, user stories and related mock-ups.
• All persona pages prepared. Acceptance criteria parts on pages are still changed now and again since the requirements are changed.
• Both web and mobile mock-ups completely created with full user scenarios

2. Acquirements

We learned a lot from user - view analysis. Here these are:

• Our designs should strike different types of user's fancy.
• User stories are statements which identify the user and their need or goal.
  • "As a [role], I want [feature] because [reason]."
• User scenarios give us a ground to create mock-ups.
• A lot of new tools for creating mock-ups and persona pages

3. Difficulties

• Creating completely different personas
• A change is needed in acceptance criterias every time any requirement is changed
• Since tools we used for mock-ups etc. are trials we have very short time to complate tasks

4. Suggestions

• We need to add persona pages to wiki menu for making more accessible.
