Our team constantly communicates and shares information to achieve effective and involved decisions. To organize this flow of information we regularly have meetings. We have various types of meetings from eating dinner together to working all in one place or daily status talks. We try to follow described style and flow in our more serious and formal meetings.

Style

  • Every meeting has a specific agenda section which is specified beforehand.
  • The discussions and ideas developed at the meeting forms the discussion section of the meeting.
  • At the end of the each meeting, we decide on actions we should take upon the meeting and this actions forms the actions section of the meeting
  • Every meeting we use some set of resources, which we note in the resource section of the meeting.
