Document template_lock=noContent for Custom Post Types #43977

What

This PR documents the new lock state noContent for templateLock. It has been introduced #43037 and the same state for inner blocks has been documented #43825

Why

We need the documentation to reflect the current state of locking.

I just cherry-picked this PR to the wp/6.1 branch to get it included in the next release: d263f74
