Conveyor Shredder

The shredder destroys any items entering the top. The processing speed is configurable by a config value, by deafault it is a bit faster than the grinder or crusher.

This is a conveyor aware machine. Although it looks like it, this machine does NOT use Chute Mechanics, as it does not produce any output at the moment.
