We are always on the lookout for bugs to squash.
The best way to help us out is to raise an issue ticket on Github
Include a screenshot of the miss-behaving page if possible.
- For Windows systems, press the Print-Screen key to take a picture and save it in to the clipboard, and press Ctrl-v to paste straight into the body of the ticket.
- For OSX systems, press Command + Control + Shift + 3 to take a snapshot and save it to the clipboard, and Command + v to paste straight into the body of the ticket.
- For Linux systems, follow this guide http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-in-Linux.
Additional data that can be particularly useful to us in most cases are:
- The statistics section about half way down the ABOUT page, accessed by clicking on the Info Icon
near the bottom left of the main DuckieTV page.
Note: If you are using DuckieTV Standalone then you can click on the Statistics header to copy the data from the statistics section to your clipboard so you can paste it into the body of your ticket.
- If you are using DuckieTV as a Chrome Browser Extension, or as a Nightly Standalone, errors in the console log are very useful. Accessed by pressing the F12 key (on Windows and Linux) or Cmd-Alt-I (OSX) to open the Development Tools page, and then clicking on the console tab. Select and copy and paste into the body of your ticket.
