  1. Added sprite for homemade antiseptic.
  2. Layered carbide volume corrected, layered carbide recipes corrected.
  3. Scrap Metal recipe now works properly and can be crafted with a furnace.
  4. Added survivor fireproof belt.
  5. Mech weapons now consume UPS power when used, instead they now needs storage battery as fuel instead of military plutonium fuel cell. Also, halved the volume and weight of mech corpses and added steel to their materials, allowing them to be repaired with scrap metal.
