1.4.0 - The update I forgot to release

Added Ranger set, thanks to Damien Hazard for releasing the model. Basically just an aesthetic set.
Fixed a long standing issue with the shoulder of the crimson knight/praetor chestplate having a flipped texture. Well, fixed on our model anyway. I don't know how to ASM to fix it in thaumcraft itself.
Minor balance change on robe and knight armour stats
