Basic plugin commands

Commands for Game Server

NET start - start game server ⚠️(only for PC)
NET hotSeat - start split screen game ⚠️(server must be started first)
NET restrict - disable connection other players to the game
NET allow - enable connection other players to the game

Commands for Game Client

NET connect - join to the game
NET disconnect - left the game
