First stable release

This release is stable, has been tested manually accross OVH's OpenStack cloud and supports :

• Check Mode and Diff
• Packer provisionners
• Only one cloud provider for now : OpenStack

First Builds

This first release allows you to build packer images, no more no less.
Some control features will come very shortly.
