Updated Hash as a prereq for addressing the following issues:
Updated Hash commands to accommodate new Hash data structure.
Updated Type command to account for change in Hash data structure.
Updated GetMem() method to account for new Hash data structure.
Also fixed a minor issue with the RANDOMKEY test, so it should be more forgivable now.
