Description

As discussed on Slack, right now it takes at least 2 seconds to enable/disable an option inside Otter Dashboard panel.

I think we can do better, in terms of the duration/perceived speed by the user when interacting with that option.
Check Spectra for reference.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Install Otter 2.3.4
  2. Open the Settings page
  3. Enabled/disable options from the Dashboard Tab
  4. Notice the time it takes to enable/disable an option
