低い障害物検出の機能をスロープに対応できるよう修正しました。
unit test にエラーが出ますが、docker を更新したローカルの環境ではエラーが出ないのを確認しています。

READMEを更新するため以下に cabot の pull request も作成しました
CMU-cabot/cabot#195
