Creating tag to update dockerhub version:

• Updated to python3
• Updated NanoSim to latest version (still some minor inconsistencies with CIGARs, they have temporarily been disabled)
• Allowed the usage of own/arbitrary error profiles for ART (thanks to @KatSteinke )
• Added automatic database update for getting genomes from BIOM profile

Work for a 2.0 version using nextflow is in progress

CAMI 2 simulation

Version for the simulation of the CAMI2 data. Also includes more test/default data, fixing #77
