You might not want to report that the scheduler is disabled, as this could confuse editors to think that the module is not working. On servers where the scheduler is disabled, set `ignoreServiceStatus="true"` on the `epicodeNewsletter` section. This will remove "The Scheduler is not running!" warning from the Newsletter UI.
