Build & install zsurface

Build & install ZWayland

$ meson build
$ ninja -C build install

run zigen compositor first,

$ XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=~/.xdg zen

in another shell

$ XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=~/.xdg zwayland

in another shell

$ XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=~/.xdg <some wayland client>
$ XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=~/.xdg weston-flower
