@saugardev can you fix the merge conflicts so we can merge this and announce? Additional feedback

  • make descirption about how account recovery's ready instead
  • hyperlink the libraries that were fixed
  • update to mention we finished all the remediations and link the final remediation commits, and specify which package versions are audited
  • update with the finished matter labs audit
